Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our daily transportation service from NYC to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. 

We depart daily from Times Square at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. Please check our Schedule for the current pickup times and locations.
You can meet the bus at 1651 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 (corner of W 51st St, in front of McDonald's). Look for our company sign or representative.
The meeting point is at Bus Plaza 2. Please look for our company sign.
Woodbury Common is about 40 miles from Manhattan, and it takes approximately 1 to 1½ hours to get there, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Most passengers spend 5-5½ hours shopping on the tour. However, when making the reservation, you can book any departure and return time available, allowing for 2½- 10 hours of shopping.

There is free Wi-Fi on the buses and at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. You can also call us via WhatsApp or any digital phone service to speak with our live staff.
Woodbury Common offers an E-Discount Coupon book to all bus tour passengers for extra savings at the outlet mall stores. We will provide the e-coupon book upon check-in.
Yes, reservations are required to guarantee a seat on your preferred departure date and time. You can book online, email us, or call +1 212-901-3013 from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily.
You must contact us to cancel an advance reservation, or it will be forfeited. However, your ticket is valid for one year from date of purchase, so you can contact us anytime to reschedule. If you miss the reserved return bus, you can call to rebook on the next bus, subject to availability.
Of course! You can bring as many suitcases as you need. We recommend bringing a bag or suitcase to store your purchases for a comfortable ride back to Manhattan.

Yes, you can bring a stroller. Children 2 and under are free but must sit on a lap. If you want extra space, you must purchase an additional seat.
We operate luxury touring buses with amenities such as charging stations, lavatories, and free WiFi.
Our fleet is fully licensed and insured by an A+ rated company, meeting and exceeding all Federal and State Department of Transportation requirements.

Please contact +1-212-901-3013 after 12PM to request the change and subject to availability.   Passengers who miss the departure or return transfer may lose his or her reservation and are responsible for additional transportation costs, if there is no availability on another WoodburyBus departure.
